About Proposal Readiness
Proposal Readiness reflects how much of the identified solicitation information has been addressed. It does not indicate a probability of winning or guarantee compliance with any requirement. The issuing agency remains the authoritative source for all submission criteria.
Representative example. Actual analysis is based on the member's Bid Vault profile and the specific solicitation requirements. An opportunity match does not guarantee eligibility or award.
AI-Assisted. Member-Verified.
ACE BidBuilder uses artificial intelligence to assist with solicitation analysis, requirement organization, and proposal development.
The system is designed to use official solicitation information together with business information supplied or approved by the member.
When required information is missing, BidBuilder identifies it as information needed rather than intentionally creating fictional company qualifications.
ACE BidBuilder works with:
Official Solicitation Data
Requirements, deadlines, evaluation criteria, and forms drawn directly from the published solicitation.
Member Business Information
Company profile, registrations, certifications, and capabilities stored in the member's Bid Vault.
Supporting Documents
Certificates, resumes, past performance records, and other documents the member has uploaded.
Member-Provided Answers
Opportunity-specific information entered by the member during the proposal-development process.
Final Member Approval
The member reviews and approves all proposal content before preparing for submission.
Artificial intelligence assists with organizing requirements, identifying gaps, and supporting proposal development — but every output is reviewed and approved by the member before use.
ACE BidBuilder does not guarantee eligibility, proposal acceptance, responsiveness, or contract awards.
Members remain responsible for reviewing the official solicitation and confirming the accuracy of their proposal information.
Proposal Development Options
ACE BidBuilder proposal-development service fees are based on proposal complexity and requirements. Final service level and pricing are determined after ACE BidBuilder analyzes the solicitation.
For shorter RFQs, quotations, and straightforward responses.
For standard RFPs requiring qualifications, company narratives, past performance, references, and supporting documents.
For detailed technical proposals, staffing plans, project schedules, implementation approaches, multiple evaluation factors, and more complex requirements.
For unusually large, specialized, or multi-volume solicitations.
- Final service level and pricing are determined after ACE BidBuilder analyzes the solicitation.
- Proposal-development fees are separate from NAMC Central Texas membership dues.
- Pricing is based primarily on proposal complexity and requirements, not the potential contract award amount.
